Welcome!

We are a religious society for free thinkers that offers the people of the Upper Valley a place and a time to explore and express their religious beliefs in a non-judgmental atmosphere, without traditional doctrine and dogma. We prize tolerance, individual conscience, and voluntary cooperation above all other values.

Services are held at 10 a.m. every Sunday, year-round. Child care is available every week, as well as a church school program for school-aged children from September through mid-June.

We are located in the village of Hartland Four Corners, Vermont, just 2 miles from Exit 9 off I-91, on Brownsville Road,  in the little white church next door to the Skunk Hollow Tavern. For more detailed directions, click here.

Here on our website you'll find information about the history of our church, upcoming events, important news in our newsletter, our education programs, and links to lots of great information on the Unitarian Universalist Association's website.

Our Covenant
Love is the doctrine of this church,
the quest for truth its sacrament
and service its prayer.
To dwell together in peace,
to seek knowledge in freedom,
to serve humanity in fellowship
to the end that all souls
shall grow into harmony with the divine,
thus do we covenant with one another
and with the source of our being.
